"Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, modern and great room. Beautiful beach views. The furnace broke down during our stay there and our room temperature was very cold. They did not let the guests know about it. "

"Y husband and I have traveled a good bit, and this is the cleanest hotel where we have ever stayed! The staff was constantly cleaning, inside and out. When we first arrived I thought the room was old and dated, but the cleanliness made up for it. The pool was lovely, the fact that it is right on the ocean was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Lovely apartment, if I had a really cool friend her apartment would look like this. I very much appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, soap and conditioner, which was very convenient since I flew here and didn’t bring any. It seems like they really think about the comfort of the guests and try to provide everything to make a pleasant stay. For example, there was a full bag of ice in the freezer so my friend and I could just settle down right away and fix a couple of drinks. When I saw the reviews for this place, I was thinking, “well I don’t think it could be as good as everybody saying,” but it really is. Also very clean. Fun fact: I stayed at the very expensive Marriott half a block away in November and I like Fernando Flats much better. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and it is open to everyone. "

"Sand Dunes is a gem! Karen was so friendly and always helpful. My suite was perfect, and the resort is everything a vacationer would need. Direct access to the beach/ocean, Everything is very clean and the bed was comfortable! I will go back if I’m ever in the area again!"

"Don't know if pets are allowed. Some rooms have an inlet/ ocean view. Our room had a view and a cess to a very quaint garden area with a 2 secondswalk to the water Beautiful area, very quiet and very clean!"
