"Parking was easy, room was clean, the entire facility was older and it needed some TLC. The restaurant advertised by the hotel website as part of their resort closed at 7pm, even though the website said 8:00. I would not stay there again."
"The restaurant/bar was great. The food was really wonderful. I like the retro room. The outdoor patio outside of each room was very nice too.
I did not like the towels with holes in them or the ripped carpet near the ice machine on the second floor. Also it’s nice to have a makeup removing towel. The one we had in our room has seen better days. The coffee pot in room 226 does not properly turn on. It’s almost shorting out. I also didn’t realize it doesn’t automatically shut off.
The shower head water flow was a little rough too. Even after we tried to adjust it.
The grab and go breakfast was actually not too bad. The big complaint I have about that is no microwave in our room. We didn’t eat all of our sandwich and saved half. No way to warm it up for later
We spent a weekend that our checkout fell on Mother’s Day. The grab and go breakfast was not available “until Mother’s Day brunch is served”. We weren’t planning to stay for Mother’s Day brunch. So we didn’t get any breakfast because the hospitality agent said, “I’m just doing what I’m told to do” when we asked why they can’t open the grab and go for guests who are leaving early. Very poor customer care in our book. No coffee either. We drank our coffee on the first day. No room service = no replacement of used refreshments.
Great location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. "
"Good breakfast. No usb outlets in room; take a plug with you. Room really needs redoing/update. Very worn furniture, curtains(blackout backing cracked with spots missing), flush seat peeling apart. "
"It is a great place to stay, in a beautiful Harbor and view, with excellent staff, property is very well maintained. No complaints. We will return soon to enjoy this hotel again"
"Beds so clean and comfortable! Hotel is close to eateries and essentials. Staff very friendly. Most clean lobby and hallway I've ever seen in a hotel!"
