stay with your Friendly Family on the beach!

Great weekend getaway. This place is located right on the beach, tons of shops and good food and entertainment within easy walking distance. This is a family run place and they are very friendly. I received a warm welcome and they showed me to my room. Next time I come back to the island, I will try to get a room here.

The room had very good air conditioning and refrigerator, the building was very quiet and super close to the boardwalk. Perfect space for a great price. The only issue was that there wasn't any hot water but i didn't need it. I would recommend staying here if you just need a good room near the boardwalk. Nothing fancy but it was perfect for a single traveler or couple.

Andre was a great host, taking care of our needs even before we arrived. He arranged for transportation from the airport, who was waiting for us as soon as we had our luggage. The room was already cooled down. It had a full mini kitchen in our suite. He had family helpers who assisted us with luggage, showing us features, connecting us to the WiFi, etc. This location is literally 100' from the beach, along with great little bars and restaurants that offer beach chairs and umbrellas already set up on the beach for reasonable rates. We were in the heart of the tourist shopping district and felt very safe. Our suite was clean, yet could be updated. But, if you're looking for a great location at a reasonable rate, this is the place.

They overbooked my original space but Andrae hooked me up with an acceptable alternative. Andrae was excellent to deal with. The property was right on the main beach on Front st, parking is definitely a nightmare if needed.

Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room.

Everything you need in SXM

Friendly family run lodging at an excellent location. Everything essential is included in the clean room right on the beach promenade with shops and restaurants. Andrae helped me our with a last minute booking and transportation. Roof-top loungers overlooking the beach and cruise liner harbor. My pick if I visit SXM again.

St Maarten Dutch side accommodation

Andre was most helpful. My room had an ocean view, kitchenette with fridge, bikes to rent and 50 feet from the warm blue ocean. Andre arranged my taxi for the airport and island activities. I lovely stay, I’ll be back.
