"The hotel lobby is going through renovations. Staff was helpful and kind. Rooms were OK, showers were a little less than OK. Overall adequate for a one night quick stay"

"Husband got trapped in elevator for an hr and so called engineer named Angel, had no clue on rules and regulations on entrapment took almost 40 min to call fire dpt for assistance.. he thought everything was a joke , additional staff unaware of protocols on entrapments. Unprofessional staff. Ice maker broken on 4th floor. Room was decent. "

"The room was decent size, the bed pillows were very small, the bath towels were small and thin and the sink faucet didn’t work well the water dripped very light. The landscaping was very nice with lots of palm trees and paradise type flowers and had a very large beautiful pool. The comp breakfast was somewhat small and didn’t have an attendant in there so there were dirty tables. The place overall wasn’t terrible but I would probably stay somewhere if ever in the area again "

"They advertise a restaurant on site with bar but its not open. When we checked in they gave us a breakfast menu with various different made to order breakfasts. But then sat. morning we walk in and the lady says its a buffet breakfast, i ask if i pay her and she says later. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, you know the usual but then there was some other stuff. I asked my wife what it was and she said some kind of asian soup. It all tasted bland. The " orange juice" was tang. Then we get done and the lady runs up and tells us its $15 each, which was odd since the prices on the menu we got the highest plate was $15.95 for made to order. I then asked if the restaurant and bar would be open for dinner as we would be back that evening and she told us no that it was closed permanently. My question is why do they advertise it if its not open? Very disappointed. "

"Staff was super pleasant. Hotel is older, but well maintained and any issues are immediately handled. Parking was safe and well lit. We did not eat breakfast, but it was well attended and had good eye appeal. "

"The room was excellent. Great space Very clean great furniture. Could have used firmer pillows. The bar was great. Loved having a safe. HVAC was interesting. Since wall mounted worked off a remote control. Could’ve used some instructions. Staff was helpful with instructions. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Kids were running in the hallway until 2am. Upstairs the walkway felt extremely unsecure. It felt like you were walking on simple plywood in the outdoor hallway. Our room had a slant to it. The bed was a thin mattress on a metal trundle. The bed had only ONE THIN SHEET on the bed. We had to request a blanket from the front desk. When we checked in the front desk clerk had both airpods in his ears and mouthed the words "your id" to me for check in. A car alarm went off in the parking lot for over an hour around 2am. The only thing pleasant was the AC Unit. I will definitely do my research better on my next hotel stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
