"I want to start off by saying that staff was very kind. They greeted us when we got there. The room was very clean. Did not have an odor or anything to it. Very very nice room. The outdoor pool was nice. The only thing was it didn’t need to be cleaned a little, but not enough to complain about it was nice. Breakfast was very good for breakfast pancakes fruit yogurt, coffee, orange juice, and very stopped."

"We really enjoyed our cozy stay at Dennen’s in Little River! The farmhouse is quaint and rustic, but very clean and cozy and perfectly comfortable for our weekend stay. The staff was very communicative in the week before we arrived, making sure to check in with us and even made sure we had our special requests and extra amenities when we arrived! Our only gripe is the WiFi - cell service is already almost non existent in this area as most people know. We were warned prior to arrival that service was extremely limited but that WiFi would be available. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not available at all during our stay. We were unable to connect to the wireless internet from our phones and when our phone would finally actually connect to the internet, the connection was down. We were unable to complete any of our work on our laptops, couldn’t use our phones to contact anyone, and couldn’t even use the in room tv because that required internet as well. It was just disappointing to not be able to use the amenities or even be in contact with the outside world and while we understand that technical issues can happen at any time, not having internet access on top of no cell service was difficult for us. We stay in the area often and are aware of the lack of available cell service but have never really had an issue with WiFi services until this stay."

"I really like this hotel. It's a great Mendocino combination of rustic and comfort. The rooms are large; mine had a balcony with a one-of-a-kind view and a fireplace, which I used last night when it was chilly. The staff is helpful, the room was quiet, and the bed very comfortable. I enjoy the walk down directly from the hotel to Noyo Harbor to explore. It's my go-to place when visiting Mendocino/Fort Bragg."

"The room was large, clean and modern. Check in was excellent. I thought there was a lovely view of the ocean from the property terrace (my misunderstanding). The view was from a shared firepit area and unfortunately the trees were obscuring the view of the sea and the weather was not great when we went. Not the hotels fault but did dull the experience. The neighbouring town of Mendocino was worth a visit with some lovely little shops."
