"We arrived a day late because of flight issues and were not refunded or credited any amount. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room with two queen size beds and plenty of room to spread out. It was on the same level as the common balcony so we could exit out the sliding doors and enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a coastal view of the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was a huge assortment of American, and European style and a fresh orange juice squeezing machine that you could feed oranges and it would deliver wonderfully fresh OJ. It was a bit of a walk up from downtown, but that kept the noise and chaos of the chistmas crowds at least 3 blocks away from the hotel making car service super easy. We enjoy lounge access with limited refreshments but it worked well for a cold drink after a long day on your feet."

"Our thanks to the Ms TATIANA, the breakfast greeter, is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. On the other side, some Credit goes to the breakfast buffet service: Great team: IDA D , IMMA , FEDERICA A,LAMIA, ARIANNA P and EMANUELE whom we have make it a must to congratulate before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Thumbs up for PATRICIA(room-attendant).The room was so crisp ,wrinkle-free bed linens without any creases. Looking forward to staying with you in the future. What a great place"

"The staff was highly attentive to our needs during our stay, including preparing a breakfast box for us to take along when we told them that we could not stay for our paid breakfast due to our flight departure time. We originally wanted two separate beds for our room, and when we were given a room with a combined bed, the staff even came and split the bed for us. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store, metro, trains, and transportation to the airport (only about 15-20 minutes away). Highly recommend this place."

"Fantastic view. Helpful staff, including those in the restaurant. Great food. Superb decor. We used their shuttle to go down into the town and then take a bus over for a few hours in Positano."
