Not happy with check in, they are not accurate in their room, I booked a Superior Double Room with city view, they don't have that kind of room?
The upper part of hotel which has city view, is all apartments no rooms? Why then they advertised?
Also when I checked out, they told me they are missing one flip-flop? They stated there were two, I found one which i was using, then they made me pay $5 for ued flip-flop? I paid almost $900, then fighting with me for a less than a dollar flip-flop? I was catching up my flight so I paid them what they demanded and left, will never use that hotel again? But i will keep using Hotels.com
