We had a wonderful two-night stay at Shangri-La Phnom Penh with our family, and the overall experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although there were no Indian options available by default. When we requested some, the chef and team were very accommodating...

Close to night-life streets but not too close so it's quieter (one tuktuk away). Love the roof top pool and bar. Room is big. Sadly lots of insects tend to come in at night even with windows closed. Also, not much food options nearby. We walked few blocks around hotel but no decent local cafes. Would like to recommend staff, his name is Kasak. Very friendly, helpful and hospitable!

Beautiful oasis in the heart of phnom penh. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay. Great pool and gym. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the riverside weekend night market and Royal palace. Lots of good food nearby.

I seldom leave detailed comments regarding my hotel stays but this time, I must truly compliment the front desk staff of this hotel. Folks such as Virak, etc (I hope I got the name correct) really went out of their way to help do everything to make our stay here as pleasant as possible. Because most of us are unfamiliar with things in Cambodia and they have so much patience to help explain and assist. Great training by the hotel management and certainly everything here is of any exceptional...

I appreciated the staff's warm welcome and the clean, comfortable, well-designed room. WiFi worked well. There's a nice rooftop bar overlooking the river with local beer and delicious meat skewers. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, while short of being spectacular. Will return.

Environment is nice with comfy room, awesome swimming pools, surrounded by greenery. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
