I liked the location and the views from the rooftop. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was great, we had the buffet breakfast. Room was clean and comfy. There is secure parking a short walk away if you end up renting a scooter.

Chaiya Palace is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and excellent. The breakfast was great and staff very attentive. The location is great and walkable to many locations. Tuk tuk’s available if you need a ride anywhere. The rooms are very clean, bright and large. We booked for 4 nights and then added 5 more nights. I totally recommend.

Excellent Hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh close to so many restaurants and coffee shops, Grand palace, temples,mall and night markets and mekong river, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the food and drinks are so good and we enjoyed the pool and the view , I highly recommend this hotel this is definitely not my last time I will surely be back thank you once again ... I have travelled through Cambodia and this was by far the BEST place I have stayed in . Super clean, great breakfast, wonderful pool. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Friendliest hotel staff I've ever met

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were the FRIENDLIST people I have ever met. Always smiling, it was impossible not to be happy. So accommodating too. We had a very spacious room, which was really clean. The pool area was really nice, and the pool was so refreshing after exploring the city. Great location for walking to all the must see spots.
