While staff is nice and helpful and I was credited for with amenities. The first night they didn’t have a room for me. Secondly the wifi connection was very very slow and not consistent. The old manager Manny ran a great hotel but he is no longer there so this must be the problem. They need find a qualified manager to run the hotel.

We stayed 5 nights in January. Extraordinarily kind staff with an over-the-top breakfast (order one of everything if you want) and nice room. The suite included an outdoor balcony which we didn't use. Rooms and Public spaces had strong smells of diffuser aromas (like Lemngrass and others). The shower did not drain properly because we saw they never picked up the hair in the drain from the previous guests (so I did) and in our 5 day visit the hair just continued to accumulate until I did something about it. This caused the RainHead shower not to be usable because it flooded the floor. Bed comfortable and nearby Bassac Lane (expat, touristy area) is very convenient because most of the restaurant bars there were good.

I'm regular to Phonom Phen, I have to say out of 23 visits, this is the best. Done the naga world and all that, if you want a personal touch, high quality and great location then you can't go wrong here to be honest.

スタッフがとても優しく明るくてよかったです。ただし、欠点は少し設備が古かったことくらいでしょうか？朝食もバリエーションがあってとてもおいしかったです。また利用したいですね。

A quiet oasis and home away from home

Very nice boutique hotel with friendly personal service, set on a quiet lane but very close (walking distance) to palace, silver pagoda, national monument, etc. The staff was really great, so friendly and eager to help. The Hotel Manager, Many Young, greeted us personally and escorted us to our room. The room (Junior Suite) was spacious and clean with large bathroom, walk-in shower and tub, full amenities. The beds were large, comfortable and the room was completely quiet. The hotel food was delicious. The head chef was clearly well-trained and experienced in Western food preparation. We very much enjoyed our two dinners and breakfasts. Cambodian dancing show at dinner time was an added plus. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay and would certainly consider to stay there again.

Great boutique hotel with awesome customer service

Extra comfortable beds, spacious room, huge bathroom with rain shower, free mini bar, free khmer massage, incredibly polite and accommodating staff, free in-room breakfast, great and inexpensive restaurant, elevator. Before we arrived, we communicated through email, and the staff arranged airport pickup and drop off for us for a small fee, as well as for a guide & driver during our trip. Everything went perfectly. We were SO pleased with our room. It was full of everything that makes you feel like you are at home. It had a little balcony with chairs and a table (it was too hot to sit out there, though). The room was a quiet oasis in the busy city. Room service was included for breakfast, which was delicious (or you could eat in the restaurant). The free massage was, hands-down, the absolute best massage I have ever had in my life & really made the stay heavenly. The staff did everything to make us happy during our stay. If I am ever in Phnom Penh again, I will absolutely stay here again.

Hospitable staff and comfortable bed

Very friendly staff especially Mr Many, the manager. Stayed 3 nights. First night at the old block was not ideal - the air-conditioning was insufficient and also construction noise next door. Transfer to new block was much better. The free Khmer massage was relaxing and free flow of drinks (including beer) from fridge was generous. Wifi was strong and breakfast had options of western and Asian - simple but sufficient. Location to attractions was not exactly near and it can be challenging to cross the streets.
