Staff were amazing, security guard outside at all times and felt very safe in the area. Served good coffee and good food. Convenient for both the city centre and airport. Not a typically tourist area, so will need a tuk tuk or other transport to get around. Hotel can offer airport pick up, and a car for day trips for reasonable prices.

The service here was phenomenal. Sok the GM of the hotel and his staff went above and beyond for us. He printed our visas for Vietnam, brought our luggage to our room, provided us with cool towels and juice and helped load our luggage into our taxi upon departure. Some of the best service we have had in our many trips around the world. Can not recommend enough!

The location was not too far from the airport but away from the tourist area. The surroundings were all local people. It was about 12km from the tourist centre but a Tuk Tuk was easy to find and cost about £3. I felt comfortable in the area although I saw no other tourists. The room had good air con and a nice balcony. There was plenty of hot water in the shower but not in the tap. I thought the breakfast was poor. I ordered porridge but didn't expect rice in water. Probably suggest getting breakfast in the centre. There was an excellent supermarket 2km away and mini markets nearer.

When my flight was changed, I needed a hotel close to the airport when we got back from Kampot. Nimith was absolutely amazing and the staff exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we were greeted with the warmest welcome and professionalism and our bags were taken to our room for us. The hotel was spotless clean, the restaurant provided a delicious menu and our room was set up beautifully. The neighborhood around the hotel isn’t the best, but the hotel does a great job at assuring you the best stay and safety. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and professional hotel close to the airport, this one checks all the boxes. They exceeded my expectations on customer service. We mentioned we had to go to the airport and within seconds staff was on the phone and within minutes a professional tuk tuk driver arrived. Next time we have flights in and out of PP, I will stay here again.
