Great little hotel in PP

This is a great little hotel. Staff are super friendly and the sauna is fantastic. Beds are also super comfortable.

The good bad and ugly

The good There was an elevator although painfully slow, staff were friendly and 7 eleven shop opposite The Bad No jacuzzi but in all honesty i wouldn't have used it looking at the standards of cleanliness The Ugly Not a great area. First impressions of area would put you off phnom penn. Rooms were very shabby, aircon was poor. Sink hanging on to wall by love only. Deep clean would take it to 2 star rating. Beds so hard. Wish i could give it a better rating but its just another neglected hotel

Hotel was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone spoke relatively decent English or well enough that I didn't have to use a translator. Wish I didn't have to look at another building right outside my window but what can ya do? Overall good stay for the price!

Both the reception staff and the cleaning staff are super friendly. Pick-up service from the airport was reliable and easy. I emailed them in English and they arranged an experienced driver and a suitable car for us. It was $20 for the 3 of us and a few bags. I enjoyed my stay and will come back if I go to Phnom Penh again.

First room i got the a/c wasn't working they put me in a new room. Couldn't take a shower in the new room only a bath.The so called gym is a joke. The room was ok other than the no shower. The staff were friendly up untill check out day when they weren't going to honor the late check out included with my vip access.

Arrived from a late flight and went to our room. Was small the bed was pushed up against a wall so if sleeping at this side had to climb in and iut if bed. Really not convenient. Very small window looking over building and air con didn’t work well. Not as stated very disappointed. Awake most of the night as so hot to sleep. Next morning complained to reception and they moved us to another room. They said was a VIP room which I’d say was over advertising but definitely better than one we had. Air con worked and bigger window more space. And a safe which first one didn’t have either! Advertisers that there’s a spa, bar etc none of this was open. The gym was open and the outside terrace but sun beds poor and area needs an update.

Just OK

The online pics were not entirely representative of the room I had. The mirror in the room was cracked and "fixed" with clear silicone sealer instead of being replaced. The walls had bubbling plaster probably caused by a water leak from the air conditioning above. The whole room was desperately in need of a lick of paint. The silicone seals in the bathroom were moldy and had come away from the walls, probably creating a damp problem in the room below. A glass shelf in the bathroom had been broken and not replaced. The room was shabby. I even found a cockroach in there on the second night. The place could easily be significantly improved if a decorator / handyman spent a couple of days in there followed by a deep clean. Daily cleaning was really only very basic. I honestly can't recommend this place as they don't seem to care for their own property. On the positive side, the aircon was fine and the wifi worked.
