Location of property is good, But unfortunately the room No 301 they alloted me was last and whole day there was noise of construction, and they already informed in room by letter. But door lock was very terrible and cannot easily open without trying 1-2 Min.

Our stay started very poorly at check in, where they made us wait 1 hour before we could get our room due to some kind of "electrical problem". It was past 6pm, rooms are supposed to be ready for guest by 2pm. I know stuff happens, but at least they could have given us a drink or somethigh instead of dumping is in a corner with no info. Afterwards the room still had an electrical problem. Basically unless the light is on the power outlets would not work... who exactly thought this was a good idea? Bedding was poor quality also. Breakfast was decent, their rooftop bar is good, and main restaurant has nice staff but below average food. Overall would not come back. We came 5 years ago but it was much better last time.

Nice resort style hotel
A resort hotel next to the royal palace. The rooms is a bit old and not soundproof perfectly. Staff, bed, breakfast, swimming pool, gym are all good and worth the money.

Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful when asked out tours and things to do. Property in need of update; the rooms were musty. Restaurant food was not the best for a 5 star and the buffet is dated and needs an upgrade also. Wait staff was non-existent for most of the dining experience. Defiantly not recommend or rate it more than a 3 star property. It’s ok but not great.

Great staff and amazing pool area with happy hour deals. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious but don’t feel super comfy. The bed was okay, pillows better. A great place to stay for a stop over.

An absolute jaw dropping hotel and great location for sightseeing! The rooftop bar, restaurant and pool are stunning and serves excellent gourmet cuisine and drinks. I will be staying there for all Phnom Penh stays!

Great property the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. Within walking distance to the river and also some shops which is very handy. Staff was very welcoming and polite.
