The staff in particular were so helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for more from them. The room was generously sized with good amenity. The pool area was lovely, though the water was a bit fresh if you wanted to sit and linger. I had included buffet breakfast, which was nice and fresh. I also requested airport pick up which cost an additional USD15.

A very pleasant hotel equipped with classic Khmer equipment, which has its own inspiration. The staff is very friendly and always wants to help you if you need anything. Breakfast is good and varied, and very good coffee. The swimming pool, gym and sauna are always inviting. The hotel bar on the 13th floor is also magical, and the bartender also prepares wonderful cocktails for you. I will very much like to return to this hotel every time I am in Phnom Penh. J.M.

Hotel is a complete bust. (1) Monday - Saturday there is 24 hours worth of construction right next door. (2) Internet sucks, at least in the room that I was in. (3) No hot water in the showers. I was in two different rooms, and no hot water in either. Sinks have scalding hot water though. (4) Room key did not work no less than 6-9 times in the days I was there. (5) Breakfast was mediocre, at best.

L’hôtel est bien situé, près du monument de l’indépendance et à proximité de restaurants et de commerces. L’établissement était plus tranquille que d’habitude en raison du COVID-19. Les déjeuners sont relativement variés. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La porte de la douche était manquante, mais ce n’était rien de grave. Le personnel est attentif. Facilités informatiques limitées.

Staff either lazy or not trained correctly. Housekeeping was of a low standard, breakfast staff were totally indifferent and front desk employees frankly incompetent.

Good pool area, breakfast & gym, bad cleaning

Nice enough staff. Roof top bar facing the city and river. Great pool area, Nice small gym with a view on the top floor. The common areas are clean but the Rooms on our floor was NOT clean. They don’t use vaccumcleaners When cleaning so they try to sweep the floors towards the door resulting in everything ending up in the entrance hallway and bathroom... Hairs from previous guests, crumbles and even dirty shoeprints. The bathroom floor was wet and dirty when We arrived. Good and diverse breakfast in a Nice area but they don’t inform that you can order eggs and omelettes from the Nice breakfast staff so don’t miss that. Easy to catch a tuktuk Right outside, about 2$ to get to the city centre. Nice view from the rooms.
