I hoping for more options of restaurants and bar. Pool was a little small but other then that they showed us great hospitality and and customer service.

A nice little boutique hotel in the city
This was a last minute stay at The Heli Boutique. The property was nice. They offered free breakfast which was very helpful. My son liked the pool. The manager and staff was friendly and courteous. We booked the Penthouse, which was a 2 bed/2 bath suite. The room was a little dated. It could use a new coat of paint. There was weird mildew smell in the rooms and bathroom. They accommodated our stay by adding a roll away bed for my son as the listing indicated it was 2 king beds but in actual it was 2 queens. Overall, the hotel was nice. I would recommend it for a short stay.

An OK place to stay for a night or two. The location is not central, but is in Little Tokyo with plenty of dining options on the area. It is also very close to S-21 prison, which is a must visit when in Phnom Penh Staff is friendly and helpful, but their English is limited. Complimentary breakfast is basic but sufficient The room is cozy, but smells with cigarette smoke. There's a little balcony with an ash tray there so I assume guests smoke there with the door open and the smell is soaked into walls and furniture already, so the regular cleaning can't fix this. Besides the smoke rooms were clean

First It was great location! Super clean, nice area close to most amenities for food, drink and convenient stores, strong wifi! and staff are friendly and helpful. certainly will come again!

Everyone here was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and breakfast has variety and was very tasty. Laundry service was reasonable and timely (in spite of daily rainstorms!) Streets around the hotel are safe to walk around, people are friendly and the numerous restaurants in the area have great food and ambiance.

Stayed in the penthouse with family for 4 nights. Very clean, & spacious with a fantastic large balcony space. Staff are lovely, & the breakfast & bar offerings are good (currently no lunch or dinner - as is the case with a lot of places post-covid.) Pool is small but clean & cold. The penthouse needs a few upgrades - the sofas need to be replaced, & the kitchen should be equipped (eg why put the glassware in the bathrooms - like standard hotel rooms - when there is a kitchen?) Some of the fixtures are also showing their age - doors, lighting etc. Great location in-between the palace/river part of Phnom Penh, & the Russian market area.

Skimmelsvamp i penthouse. Gammel og meget slidt
Hotellet er gammelt og slidt. Billederne er på hotels.com er mindst 10-15 år gamle. Vi lejede penthouse lejligheden i troen om at vi skulle have et fedt sted at bo, det var en kæmpe skuffelse. Der er fugtskader flere steder med begyndende skimmelsvamp. Lejligheden lugter jordslået. Der er ikke blevet gjort hovedrent i meget lang tid. Kontakter og skabsfronter er helt gullige af fedtrester. Roomservice fyldte ikke op med toiletpapir og badehåndklæder. Vi måtte kontakte receptionen 3 gange under vores ophold. Morgenmaden var ok, men noget under middel. Personalet var søde og smilende, de gjorde hvad de kunne. Helhedsoplevelsen var ikke til at rede. Jeg kommer ikke igen!
