泊まるだけならいいと思います。
ホテル周辺は有名なＳ21があります。
それ以外は特にありません。
夜は地元の感じなので女性の方は気を付けた方がいいともいます。
部屋は寝るだけであれば特に問題ないと思います。
コーヒーと水のペットボトルが無料であります。
テレビはＮＨＫが見れました。
スタッフは質は別として親切だと思いました。

The area is really good thou, with lots of nice restaurants and the riverside close by.

Its an Ok place to stay
The staff were very friendly. To be a fairly new hotel the walls and cleanliness is not up to par. The bathroom was very dengy. The bed was conformable. The air conditioner was strong and chilled the room quickly, but it did turn off in the middle of the night. If you know Phnom Penh is location is not bad, but if you not it hotel might be hard to find and not easy to access quality restaurants.
