Happy was excellent, he was very helpful, excellent service. Hotel newly renovated so the hotel was great. They have great tours at the front desk, really enjoyed all my trips.

Room was fantast. Ship was fantastic, food great. Above all the attentiveness of the staff stood out especially pur butler Tommy and guide Summer, both went above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable.

We would like to take a moment to leave kind review. We had an absolutely wonderful time on our recent cruise with Celina of The Seas! From the moment we stepped aboard, everything was just perfect. The staff truly made our trip exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. Their hospitality was outstanding! We were also thoroughly impressed with the dining experience. The food was consistently delicious, with a fantastic variety of options that we thoroughly enjoyed at every meal. The journey itself was wonderfully smooth; we didn't experience any seasickness, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing voyage. Our Executive Suite with the private balcony was an absolute dream – having that personal space to unwind and take in the breathtaking ocean views was such a luxury. We truly loved every moment of it and felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The activities on board were also a lot of fun and really added to the overall enjoyment of our vacation. Our stay here in Hanoi was absolutely incredible. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially considering the cost. The value for what you receive is unbelievable. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making our stay as great as possible. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was phenomenal with plenty of delicious options. It became something we looked forward to every day. A special thank you to Tracy from the concierge service, who was unbelievably helpful. She completely handled booking our day trip for us from start to finish. All we had to do was pay, and everything else was organized perfectly. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and stress-free, and it was such a valuable service offered by the hotel. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to so many attractions, it’s very close to the lake, and there are countless places nearby to eat, grab coffee, or pick up snacks. Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and I would stay here again without hesitation.
