The staff was so welcoming as we arrived and attentive during our stay. The rooms and facility where beautiful, definitely a place to stay again if back in Phoenix. Walking distance to chase field which was a reason we picked this hotel.

The entire hotel was very nice! It was very modern, all of the staff were welcoming and nice, room was clean and quiet! We only stayed over night for a downtown event but we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

We decided to stay downtown to be close to the events we were attending all weekend. The AC was centrally located from main event venues and great restaurants. The property itself was very clean, the staff was all very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay.

The AC burger was the best! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. I would stay here again. If anything could be improved, I would say to increase the variety of hot foods for breakfast. The location was also ideal for me. There are plenty of shops and museums in walking distance (science center, historical buildings, etc).
