"The hotel was awesome, pool and staff great. Restaurant was a bit weird.. ZUZU we walked out twice after being seated and waiting for service at around the 10 minute mark. Everything else and staff were great. Rooms awesome. "

"First of all you have to pay to park $25 a day in their parking garage. The elevators took forever. Got to the room and there was no toilet paper, and there were still used pool towels hanging up from the previous person. Theres no tv in the bedroom, and even the one in the living room was so cheap that it was unusable. No streaming service options. The shower head was terrible, barely a trickle of water. The amenities were amazing. The pool, great. The gym, the best ive seen. Overall i wouldnt stay here again because the room was just subpar. "

"While an older property, we enjoyed everything about our stay from the free snacks, the pool, game room, kitchen, bed, etc. Highly recommend it. We will be back!"

"The different pools on the property were great b/c this avoided crowds. This is definitely a property that takes in sports traveling families/large families. We went the week of spring break. The hotel staff were polite. The property is large to walk around. The pool side food and beverages were pricey and even though we ordered through the QR code system we only got our drinks and didn't get our food so I had to ask for a manager to get reimbursed. Our reservations included breakfast and it was buffet or menu. The breakfast is good and assorted for a one to two night stayer. However, they do not change the menu other than the item of"waffle/pancakes/french toast". The replenishing and omelete station were very slow. The waiters and waitresses however were gracious and attentive. The last thing to share is the room, it is a standard room, the maintenance of the balcony does not look like its consistently power washed, the housekeeping was dissatifactory. The room we received was not clean b/c there were pieces of candy on the edges of the wall in the front lounge area. Whoever "refreshed" the first day, all the kuddos to this person b/c they did more than the bid minimum. The other days not so much. Would I return, only for the convenience of the family atmosphere and the different pool options. "

"I have no issues with the staff, they were nice enough. The property was disguising and poorly kept. Carpets were filthy, there was a bad odor, bathroom door was broken and would not close properly, I felt like I was staying in the projects. To top it all off there were prostitutes leaving as I was checking in. Luckily I had a sleeping bag to sleep in on top of the bed covers. I got out of there as fast as I possibly could."

"I appreciated the staff’s professionalism and friendliness. The restaurants food was 10/10. I used the loaner bike to site see in the neighborhood. The pool was nice, I would have loved a music playlist for amusement. The room had a nice layout. I noticed a build up of crumbs in the crevices of the ottoman at the foot of the bed, debris and fine strands of hair on the headboard. The side rugs desperately needed a shampoo. The bathroom tiles needed a deep clean. I loved the layout of the bathroom especially the bench like seat in the shower, however the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken so the moisture seeped in the rooms space. Overall the room needed a good sanitizing cleaning, w bleach and disinfectant. I’d stay again but I’d request a deeply cleaned room. "
