The staff is was good ! The windows were not clean! Otherwise the room was clean. The breakfast wasn't good !

When checking in - the woman at the front desk was rather unfriendly and "short". Not at all welcoming. I seemed more like an inconvenience to her rather than a guest.

Would definitely stay again
The hotel is pretty close to ASU (about 1.5 miles or so) so the conveniences of restaurants you’d want near a college were close (although the couple blocks before ASU are a little less desirable. The hotel itself was clean, spacious rooms, warm pool and hot tub (even in January), and breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly and good.

Front desk lady was rude and booked us in a cigarette smokey room pretty sure she knew it smelled like that and she seen I had two kids and when we went down to tell her she didn’t ask if we wanted to switch rooms room wasn’t even cleaned at all just towels switched

I always return!
I have been to this hotel several times. Its comforting and I know what to expect. Love being able to do my laundry, get to the parking lot quickly and its close to so much. Its always quiet for the most part. Lately the wifi has been tricky. I cannot have tricky when I work. It adds a level of stress that I don't need. Hoping that improves. I do need strong wifi. Who doesnt? Some outlets in my room didnt work and the lotion in the wall was hanging. Glass Shower door wouldnt close. Good feedback is important. Staff us always great. Good to see familiar faces. Hope for these improvements next visit.

Room had graffiti on the wall, balcony door was unlocked upon check in so explains that. Room next to a busy road and very loud traffic could hear everything wish I was exaggerating. Not good
