Staf at front desk was welcoming. Lexi did a phenomenal job helping replace the faulty ac unit in our room. However, at some point in our stay three necklaces were stolen from our room..I should have used the safe, but got careless and tucked the jewelry bag in my suitcase which was on a stand near the front door. I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, for the price, the rooms were very cramped. We also had to pay to get bottled water… I found this to be odd as most Hiltons give them out for free. Also, the water filter we noticed hadn’t been changed in three years on the ice machine which can be a little bit dangerous. We brought this to the attention of the maintenance person, 10 days later nothing was changed. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient to many restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

I love the pool area... its a great place to relax. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. We come here each year for Spring Training... We will be back again next year. My only suggestion is to have a shelf in the bathrooms for toiletries.
