Booked an overnight stay while Nana was in town to enjoy the water park as a family. The water park offered something to occupy everyone for the whole day. Nana, her kids, grandson and great grandson. The hotel and staff were wonderful as well. Everyone in our party was 100% satisfied with our stay and we are certainly planning to go back again.

From check-in to check-out our stay was great. Had a couple of room issues though the staff was on it & very quick to respond & remedy those those. The lazy river & pools were great! We would visit at least 2 times a year thru out the 90’s & loved it. While some things have changed.. We still really enjoyed ourselves & brought back great memories. Also, appreciated the Crabtree & Evelyn bath amenities.

Amazing place & staff for a staycation or a vacation! Everyone is really nice & helpful. And although there are always lots of people here it is very quiet and relaxing! The water park is also lots of fun for all ages. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The lazy river was one of the highlights of our trip—clean, relaxing, and a lot of fun. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always willing to help with a smile. The overall atmosphere made our stay enjoyable, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Booked here specifically to use the pool/waterpark. Arrived at 6pm & told it closes at 8 which was ok but the waterpark was not even open only 2 pools which were only 3.5 ft deep but nice. Lots of construction building new hotel building and spa. Then fire alarm went off at 10:30ish for quite a while with no instructions if real or not then went off again at 6:30am so woken up twice. Love Hilton but not sure if I will give this one another try.
