We stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed the property. The room was very spacious, the area had great restaurants nearby, and the canal made for an excellent running trail. The gym was impressive, and we loved the design of the North Pointe building. Beautiful mountain views and friendly staff made the stay even better

The property is in a good location. The room was clean and quiet. The pools were awesome. The staff at the front desk, the bar and the pool were amazing! I would definitely go back, especially after the restaurant renovation.

Great staff, however facility is showing a little age. Not a lot of room for breakfast, bar is small for such a large “resort”. Construction outside and bar pool has been replaced with a big square area of grass. Lazy river park great for kids though.

Front desk and bar staff were excellent. Maid staff was ok. Pool area was ok. We had a renovated room and it was decent except for the door was hard to open and close.Ongoing construction so be aware of limitations and noise. Resort is dated and dining options at the resort are limited but a pub and Italian restaurant within walking distance.

Hotel under construction Call before you book here 6 am nail gun going off every morning. Restaurants are closed except one. Know before you go Staff were amazing and best part of our trip as was the sunny weather. and the water park was great if that’s your thing. Expedia site is misleading as they don’t tell you about the construction renovations and restaurants being closed. I would stay here again but not until they finish Reno’s and fix all of the broken things (elevator ice machine) etc.

All staff was very polite especially the young lady that checked us in she made sure we had every need taken care of , room was clean. Breakfast was good I receive the wrong breakfast but staff replaced it and apologized. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. Another issue was the extensive noise from workers and leaf blowers and construction from surrounding properties. It was not a peaceful stay at all!
