Carpet in hallways are filthy and heavily stained. There’s trash bags full of trash in the hallways and the place smells horrible. The furniture in the room was dirty. I definitely will not be returning.

The desk goes home by 5 and leave a security guard to tell you to go online and fill out a credit check and then background check. The online processes wouldn't work so applications couldn't be done to get that room we already paid for! The customer service rep. Was clueless on getting the application done except to tell you it's online.
