What a wonderful stay for a group! You won’t find a better apartment/multi-bedroom suite for this price. The property is super modern and clean and the amenities are top-notch. The pool is so so nice and really well maintained. We stayed in February and it was heated to the perfect temp :) Can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful, clean, newly built rooms with really friendly, communicative staff. Beautiful bathrooms, super spacious and great amenities. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. This was the perfect stay. Like an apartment/hotel in one. All the amenities, loved having a washer and dryer in unit, loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, friendly and available staff, and great location. The only thing I wish they had was an additional bolt or the top lock latch like some hotels have. As a woman traveling solo, that would have made me feel a little more comfortable.

No local TV, only Roku. Room temp never dropped below 74 no matter how low thermostat was set, and no "light block" curtain for late sleepers. Nice pool area, but no hot tub. Kitchen was nice to have, but didn't use. Everything else very nice and comfortable.

We had a great stay at Placemakr Downtown Phoenix. Our room was a fully furnished studio, including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer en suite. The building is new, and the room was very clean. Well connected to public transportation, convenience stores (CVS, Fry's) a few blocks away (~10 minute walking distance). The 22nd floor has a game room, a business room with computers and a printer, a media room, and a shared open space room. There's a nice break room with free coffee on the ground floor of the building adjacent to Placemakr, which also has an outdoor swimming pool and can be accessed using the fob that opens our room.

Extremely helpful young woman upon check-in - wish I remembered her name -patient, knowledgable, professional. The room was clean and sanitized, loved the concrete floors and although I did not use the kitchen area - it looked extremely clean and well kept.
