Staff was courteous. Room was nice;we stayed in room 301. The TV was installed not directly facing the bed but on the side of bed which made watching TV in bed awkward. The hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. However, the coffee does not stay hot once the tank is half empty. Thus, if you are lucky and the tank is full, you will get hot coffee. The hotel needs to update the coffee tank for that reason.

I stayed here with friends for my birthday and I was influenced by TikTok. The double bed is on the smaller side but my friends and I were comfortable. Cala is right downstairs so that was convenient as well as other great restaurants. I would recommend staying here again.

Senna House location was perfect. It’s walking distance to Fashion Square mall and in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment district. All the staff from the moment we pulled up was GREAT! Our room was clean and spacious. We met Roslyn as we were leaving. She was very nice and friendly. Roslyn explained that they are a luxury hotel in the Curio Hotel chain. It feels like luxury without the high price tag. The pool was also sparkling and a nice atmosphere to relax during the week. Cala restaurant is a must! The lamb shank & Greek fries were delicious! I had the best lemoncello spritz at the bar. It was strong and delicious!! I can’t wait to return.

Customer service was great. The hotel is in a good walkable location. The Fashion Mall with high end shopping is about a 7 minute Uber ride away. There are bars within walking distance of the hotel. There’s a popular restaurant on site, if you want to eat there plan ahead, but there are other restaurants in the area as well.
