Perfect spot

Perfect spot. Close to so many places. We had a room next to the pool and it was quiet even with the pool goers. Room was spacious, super comfortable bed and daily breakfast was a hit with the kids.

Clean place to stay but the bed is a hard.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Clean parking lot and clean room. Overall a great place to stay. The only downside is that the bed is on the stuff side. The bed should be a bit on the softer of medium side. Thats my only drawback.

I like hotels that have sitting area separate from the bed/bathroom area. I also appreciate that they don't automatically cancel your reservation if your more than an hour or two late! I do wish the sĺeeping area was a little more roomy

The service was exceptional; the staff was very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was very complete with an excellent variety of sauces, which we loved. The location was very safe, across from the Fashion Mall and next to Walmart, where we were able to take advantage of the special prices only available at the Subway-Walmart lunch area. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, which was a welcome relief when sleeping. We will definitely return on our next visit to Phoenix.
