Disappointing Stay Despite a Welcoming Front Desk Clerk I want to begin by thanking the front desk clerk who helped me when I arrived at 7 Stay Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. She was very professional and courteous, and I truly appreciated her kindness during check-in. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and my room did not match that positive first impression. The property appeared dirty and poorly maintained. There were people lingering in and around the hotel, and the surroundings made me feel uneasy and concerned about my safety. The room itself was in very poor condition. There was no phone to contact the front desk if I needed assistance. The bathtub was badly stained and had an awful odor, and the showerhead appeared to be nearly detached from the wall. There was also a hole in the ceiling that made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about my privacy. The bed was comfortable, which was the only positive aspect of the room. While I appreciate the front desk clerk’s professionalism, it could not make up for the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns I experienced. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel for a business trip or any other visit.

One of the towels had tons of hair on it. Pool was not clean at all. Five cop cars where there on one of the nights. Made me feel unsafe in this place. Safe in room did not work. Staff were friendly.

First time booking here, pretty easy to get checked in and checked out. Room was clean with no issues whatsoever. Pretty conveniently located right next to the ramp for I-17. Would definitely book here again.

This is a very low budget hotel, there are no amenities except a pool. Parking is good. I would not book this hotel if I was from out of state. It's a good hotel for someone who just needs a cheap place for a night. There are many other hotels in the Phx area for around the same price that are much nicer and many more extras such as breakfast.

The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating. We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim.
