This is a convenient and nice place to stay when coming to the Surprise area. I visit my mother off and on and always stay there because it's spacious, convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is always nice. I have to add an anecdote here. The only elevator broke when I was visiting this time. ...

Great and friendly staff. Parking is plenty and Air conditioning varies by room. Some rooms have 2 or 3 channels on the TV and some have 42.
