We had a five night stay and couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. Pool was amazing, breakfast selection was great and staff were lovely. Sunset overlooking the infinity pool and beach was beautiful. Highly recommended.

We loved it. The breakfast was nice, the pool was great and the room very comfortable. The restaurant had good club sandwiches and salads and they gave us coupons for discounts. There are a free buses that run up and down the island but we couldn’t get much info on them - a posted map & schedule would be a good idea. A seat in the shower too.

This is a lovely, small resort. Has all the amenities, but on a smaller scale. Very personal. I love that the staff remembers my room #.

unpleasant smell from the mattress in the room, very poor cleaning of the room every day, the public beach nearby is in the way. The breakfast is simple but tasty, dirty dishes take a long time to be cleared away. in the evening the dinner is delicious but the waiters work poorly. the pool is nice and warm. Water was always brought upon request. The smell of the mattress is terrible, this is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel!!!!!

Best infinity pool view!!! The room was very nice, slightly old, but still clean and bright. The bathroom faces the ocean which was so breath taking! All facilities are easily accessible and staff are lovely!

Warm fresh breakfast with variety choices. Friendly staff and customer service. They worked very hard to meet customers needs. My room was nice and clean. You could pick up free Vinbus transportation nearby to Grand World and Safari. The only thing I don’t like, was my bed. I couldn’t sleep because the bed sinked in the center and hurts my back. I hope my review helps the hotel to improve. Thanks

Hotel needs to provided more information for tourist about local activities , restaurant information , special events liked water show , fireworks, sunset places , recommend the concierge desk for tourists information. Overall beautiful wiewfor beach,swimming pool, good breakfast meals.

The pool is great and you can step straight onto a great beach with clam sea. The 2 restaurants had a lot of options to choose from. Loved the Thai restaurant. Breakfast was good and a nice peaceful location in the early morning before the crowds. Great pool bar. I also had the best massge I've had in a long time here. Its not cheap but it was worth it with very nice facilities.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in different levels. The interior design is breathtaking, the staff is super nice and helpful, the pool is incredibly beautiful and the beach is large and clean enough to get a feeling of sun, sand and the sea.

Dusit Princess Moonrise was amazing. The breakfast was great and the staff was even better. The beach was right in front and super clean! We had an awesome time. Definitely would return and would recommend it to everyone!!!

Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly and could not have been more helpful. Beautiful beach with a great sunset view from the pool. Food in the restaurant was great. Hotel staff were helpful arranging airport transfers, bike hire and early check in.

Very nice resort and the F & B staff are very helpful and going the extra mile to help. Can not say the same for the front desk staff and the sale office staff, seems to be confused about my 2 separate reservations. I am waiting to see if I will get 8 stamps for my stays

Dusit Moonrise is a polished full-service hotel providing you with many amenities onsite like spa services, a pool, and restaurants. The staff is polished and professional. The buffet breakfast is the best I've ever had.

Exterior of the building is outdated and worn looking. The interior of the room with king size bed with garden view is quite large and modern. The room curtains are old and have stains. Staff quickly corrected the problem with stained bedsheets once reported. They also installed an infuser to mask the musty smell inside the room. They were apologetic and provided complimentary fruit plates with handwritten apology note. It was disappointing that the walkway to our room was overlooking an abandoned property which give an appearance of unkempt and neglected feelings walking to our room each time. Mosquitoes were plenty as the abandoned building next door have ponds of standing water. Breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of Vietnamese and American dishes. Credits given to serving staffs and chef’s managing the restaurant. Properties built very close to the beach and you definitely can enjoy a beach side meals at most of their restaurant sites. Waves were very strong during our 4 -night visit so we use the infinity pool instead. Excellent customer service throughout; however, the hotel needs a facelift as it is old and appeared dilapidated.
