There was no stay - upon arrival we were greeted by a gent who told us the hotel no longer existed - despite the sign above the door- he seems to know we would be arriving and advised us to cancel for a refund. This was very disappointing as your site had sent a confirmation- we were left with having to find alternative accommodation at 9pm on New Year’s Eve . The whole experience was a disaster. Can you please refund this booking and remove the listing so that others will not be scammed like we were Thanks Mick
