I love the villa and the staff are very nice and friendly. I also like the breakfast as it is very good and of great variety. The only suggestion for improvement is the internal Tuk tuk service going back to our villa. On our first night, we waited almost 1h for the tuk tuk to send us back to our hotel. That guy in charge of arranging tuk tuk kept telling us to wait and next one would be our turn. Ended we really waited and didn’t realise that we should just walk back then, as we would have reached our villa. After that, we realised we walk back to our villa from the Palma (lobby) is faster than waiting for tuk tuk shuttle. One of the tuk tuk drivers, young man is very helpful as he gave us a lift when saw us walking back to villa on the second day of our stay (after breakfast at the Palma). I didn’t get his name but he is highly recommended for his excellent service and even helped us replace our room key that was suddenly spoilt, as we cannot enter the room after our breakfast. Thank you!

Beautifully appointed room. Spacious, clean, nice decor. Pool was in good order and a nice temperature. Unfortunately in the full kitchen, there is nothing in it. We asked for crockery and cutlery, one set was delivered. We would have liked to be able to cut up fruit etc and eat simple meals in the room (eg instant noodles). Meals at the resort (if not included) are expensive. Buggy/tuk tuk service worked well. Check in process could have been better. The was a lot of information that wasn’t provided. Eg which restaurants we could eat at for our included meals, the activity timetable, tourist information for the local area, what to do and where to go beyond safari and VinWonders. Overall we had a lovely stay, however improved customer service and information provision would have made for a more enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Melia. The villas are big and spacious and the private pools are a great addition. The food was generally good at the buffets and the beachfront location is very good. The best thing about the Melia though are the staff, they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We must mention Khuong from the concierge team who changed the battery in our door lock and Heiu at the pool bar in the Menorca pool who were fantastic and great fun to chat to. The housekeeping team were exceptional everyday too. We extended our stay we enjoyed it so much and would definitely stay again.
