This place is so dirty that I had to go to the 7-Eleven downstairs to get my own cleaning supplies and toilet paper. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to clean the whole place. I rented two rooms from them. The sheets had blood splatter on them there was spiderwebs on the walls. The second room we didn’t even use for two days we needed to clean it. Also there’s outside eating right across the hostel. Let’s just say some of the biggest RATS I’ve ever seen in my life we’re going underneath that restaurant. We went there March 6 to March 14 we had two rooms checked out. We were supposed to stay till the 25th due to the coronavirus we had to leave on the 14th spoke with Staff about refunding my money from the 14th to the 25th they said it was no problem they would do so. When I got back to the states called my travel agency and they said they been avoiding the phone call and they will not refund it. Which is fine I just hope nobody Falls in the trap like I did. But overall this place was a nightmare.

Traveller beware, this place is a DUMP!!! I booked fir 28 days and left after one week . Garbage piling up in washroom, ant infestation as well. House cleaning boy claims to be manager, but us rude to guests and sleeps till 2:00pm with no one knowing what’s going on. I gave two days notice and got the hell out of there . Without a doubt, ThE WORST HOSTEL IN PATONG. You get what you pay for here... run, don’t walk when you here Enrico Hostel

Poor cleaning

11 bed instead of 10 in a room which makes a bit of difference considering the space you have around you. No key provided for the room , you only get a key for a small safer within the room. I saw many rooms in this hostel but only 2 bathrooms which were constantly super dirty. There is a big rubbish bin there so full that part of the rubbish were on the floor. Not sure were the owner was as the reception desk was empty all time

Klein aber fein

Klein aber fein das Hostel die Zimmer sind in einem sehr guten Zustand das Zimmer wird jeden Tag nach Wunsch gereinigt es gibt frische Handtücher das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich zum Strand sind es ca 6 Minuten Fußweg zur Bangla Route sind es ca 10 Minuten Fußweg. Sehr gut geeignet für Gays es ist nach meiner Empfindung ein kleines schwules Hotel was abseits von der szene ist aber auch nicht unweit zu Fuß zu erreichen ca 2 Minuten. Jeden Tag frisches Wasser kostenlos Kaffee als Instant man kann Mittag preisgünstig essen man geht einfach nur raus auf die Straße und sieht dann gleich ein kleines Restaurant das Essen kostet zwischen 40 bis 70 bath. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Wäscherei ich habe meine Wäsche frühs abgegeben und habe sie Mittag wieder bekommen sehr sauber nebenan gibt es eine Thai Massage diese kosten ca. 200 bath wird von einem deutschen Betrieben und einer Thailänderin. Ein freundliches sehr freundliches paar das Hotelpersonal ist zuvorkommend wenn du Wünsche hast wird ja jeder Wunsch erfüllt ich kann es von meiner Seite nur weiterempfehlen ich bin immer das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel weil es mir einfach gefällt.

Ich war sehr überrascht wie sauber die Unterkunft war. Zimmer werden jeden Tag regelmäßig und gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN gute Qualität. Man kann seine Wäsche für 50 Bath waschen lassen die Wäsche ist dann sehr sauber und riecht auch sehr angenehm. Bei regelmäßiger Zimmerreinigung wirkt Wasser kostenlos bereitgestellt sowie Instantkaffee. Nebenan gibt es einen Thai food Straßen Restaurant es ist sehr preisgünstig man kann zwischen 50 und 70 bath frühstücken und Mittagessen. 20 m entfernt vom Hotel gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten family Mart und 2 Meter weiter gibt es den seven eleven Laden. Wenn man aus dem Hotel Richtung Strand laufen möchte muss man über die Straße laufen und die Querstraße rein Mann läuft vom Hotel bis zum Strand ca 5 bis 7 Minuten. Bangla street sind es per Fuß ca 10 Minuten. Man muss einfach nur immer geradeaus laufen und über die Straße. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Le confort y est très sommaire, la clim était endommagée, le robinet coulait a cote de levier et le lit craquait beaucoup. Avec des petits efforts ou du bon sens, les chambres pourraient être bien mieux. L'hotel est bien situe, le personnel parle anglais et le menage peut être fait quotidiennement. Dommage qu'une personne du personnel s'est introduite dans notre chambre a 3h du matin et surpris de nous trouver entrain de dormir, s'est exclame "oups, sorry !"

Great hostel with great experience

Staying at Enrico hostel was one of my best experiences ever. The location is very close to Patong city centre and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a nice private room at no extra cost and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this great hostel. Thank you to Enrico staff

Best for the price. Haven't seen this cheap hostel anywhere else. Although there are some problems, like only one bathroom has a lock on it and doors won't shut properly. Overall it's still worth it.

Good bugdet hotel with helpful staff

I stayed for 4 nights during Jan. 2019 and would say that this was very priceworthy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You should however be aware that the reception is not manned at all times, so in that case you need to look at the next door laundry for staff or make a call. My room was spacious, the AC worked and was quite silent. I had a small balcony, a kichenette, a safety box and a shower with instant heating (that gave warm but not scolding hot water). The bed was comfortable (but as all Asian beds? quite firm). The room and bedsheets was very clean. This hotel also offer laundry the next day or express 4-6 hrs (complementary, but very inexpensive), free 2 botles of drinking water per day and free beach towel as well as beach blanket. They can also (as many other hotels) help with other services such as scooter rental. The location is in a small side-alley to main road, so you should use google maps to find it. The loaction is ok, its just around 250m walk to the beach. In this area you have everthing near you, Seven11 and other shops, coofee bars with AC, .... During my stay there was a mailfunction of card reader in hotel room, but I was moved to the hotel next door without any additional costs.

Impossible to have the room at 2pm. I waited 1 hour to finaly have a room in another hotel next to the enrico hostel. No one speeks english except the boss who is never there except the night
