是一個屋苑內一個獨立單位,很舒服,一定會再來,唯一是交通,適合自駕遊!由於我是夜機到,大概晚上十二点到達,而負責接待的人員仍在等候.風景優美清靜值得再來休息.

Yuri the manager picked us up from the airport and arranged a car to drop us back. He was always available and friendly as hell. Best private assistant ever. The private pool was the best. The living room has a beautiful high ceiling and air conditioners everywhere - absolutely zero complaints only compliments - will definitely tell my friends about it. Have fun.

Everything pretty isn't clean! CLEAN Shanti Estates was ABSOLUTLEY NOT! We had roaches and bed bugs. When we notified the management he did nothing about it. He told us,"it's a roach step on it!" and,"It's South East Asia, it's everywhere." Also, we were without internet for 1 1/2 days we had to walk 15 mins to town to use the local WIFI. After explaining to management we had no internet. He kept trying to tell me it worked and it did not. Lastly, the power went out for about 2 hours or so. (Ok that was not the fault of management) However, at no point did they call, come by or even send anyone to check on it's customers. We were informed by locals that the power goes out but they generally get it resolved quickly. Lastly, the Villa was totally isolated from the town. If you wanted to get anywhere you had to stop at the local taxi stand, or walk 15 mins into town. The one thing that was ok, was management did send us a message to offer to pick us up and take us to get food 1day due the rain all day. Other than that, I will do more research before choosing a hotel that looks pretty.

Fantastický pobyt s vůní frangipani

Fantastický pobyt na jihu ostrova Phuket, v soukromí, od hluku v Patongu. Dobré východisko na výlety a poznávání ostrova (příroda, sloni, opice, chrámy, pláže, nákupy). Půjčení auta/skútru nutné. Vila A2 úžasná, nádherný velký bazén. Pokoje prostorné, všechny klimatizované, v každé ložnici koupelna se sprchami. Vše čisté, úklid 2x týdně, ručníky měněny denně. Na krásnou pláž Nai Harn (písek, pozvolné dno) autem do 5 minut, obchody a trhy v blízkosti, KataNoi, Kata, Karon, Patong, Phuket City maximálně od 15 do 40 minut. Kuchyně prostorná, základní vybavení, velká lednice s mrazícím boxem, varná deska, mikrovlnná trouba. Pračka se sušičkou. Lehátka u bazénu. Jediným problémem 4 židle v jídelně, ložnice však pro 6 osob. Nás bylo 5, ale vyřešili jsme přenosem židle od bazénu. Velmi příjemný a milý manažer vily John, kterému ještě jednou moc děkujeme. Ideální pro klidnou rodinnou dovolenou nebo cestu s přáteli s dobrou dostupností všech aktivit. Uvažujeme nad návratem na podzim nebo opět na jaře.

Отличный семейный отдых

Отдыхали семьей с двумя маленькими детьми, хорошая вилла со всеми удобствами, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, всегда идут навстречу. По запросу предоставили манеж для маленького ребенка, принадлежности для барбекю вместе с углем (300 бат), уборка (2 раза в неделю) по нашей просьбе приходила в утреннее время, т.к. после обеда дети спят. Все без проблем. В день нашего отъезда следующей брони не было, поэтому так же без проблем предоставили поздний выезд. До плажа най Харн от виллы 5 минут на машине. Если ехать по дороге через гору, а не торговые улицы, то еще быстрее. Недалеко есть 7eleven, оранжевый массажный салон (вполне хороший), много кафе и палатки с фруктами.

慳電之旅

入住3晚,每天只提供60度電,如整天留在屋內,開著冷氣是不足夠用,超過需支付費額外費用.每度電７銖. 房東不提供每天清潔房間服務,不整理床被單,不替換毛巾,不掉垃圾.洗頭水梘液只夠1天使用,泳池滿滿樹葉在水中,池底是滑潺潺的.沙灘椅墊發霉. 除以上問題外,這房子是不錯的,希望他們會改善.

整㓗寬敞

地方整㓗寬敞，到達前聯絡貼心，入住時需現金按金較不便，如可用信用卡會更好，駕車10min 到Nai Harn Beach，雖離主要道路較遠但環境寧靜。

住了4日，環境清幽，享受了一個開心的假期，可以自己煮食，客廳和泳池較大，適合一家大小渡假，但係要租車才方便。

別墅很大，泳池比想像中棒

這次訂的別墅是1雙人房，但因房型不夠，升級到2房別墅。（當然屋主說明只可以用一間房） 不過因此別墅大了很多。 游泳是帶按摩的，兩個人坐在池邊一邊按摩一邊吃水果很享受。 在池邊曬太陽也很舒適，下午基本上沒有蚊子，但到黃昏太陽下山了，蚊子都跑出來，浸在水中才不會被叮。 床也算舒適，沙發是比較軟身，會令人都窩下去的。 洗手間沒有打掃得很乾淨，廁所板上有尿⋯ 附近沒有吃飯的地方，要走十五分鐘才出到去有小吃檔的地方，街燈不多，感覺有點危險。

Magnifique villa

Superbe villa, confortable au calme sans aucun vis à vis, salle de bain +dressing dans chaque chambre, machine à laver+etendoir, parking avec porte automatique, spacieuse, clim partout, espace piscine magnifique et très bien entretenue.personnel agréable et serviable. Point négatif, prendre taxi pour aller à la plage environ 200baths, a pied 30min sous chaleur de plomb.... On peut aller à pied dans la rue commerçante a 10min de marche. ++ Rawai a 10min en taxi, 200baths pour départ excursions en long boat,entre 15 et 30min selon île choisie, 1500baths pour 3 personnes, 1800baths pour 2 iles. KAta a 30min. Promo sur hôtel.com
