The villa was as delivered in the travel app. However the property management has left a terrible taste in our mouths after this trip. Their lack of communication had us checking into the wrong property… approx 10 km away from what we had booked. After our party checked in and started to unpack we were informed that they made a mistake and wanted up to move to the original villa. They apologized and ordered a taxi to move us to original booking. Bottom line is that there seem to be too many levels of command and lack of communication that has left this trip with a sour taste for our group. Their offer of ‘free electric’ for the hour we were unpacking in wrong villa is an insult and rather had a sincere apology vs a 10 Baht refund!

Avoid this villa

The location was nowhere near the suggested google map site, in a maze of back streets a long distance from shops and comer e so a car was essential. no curtains so no privacy as all the bedroom looked into each other. no hot water and no tea towels so hygiene risk, dishwasher broken, gate broken, windows broken so no security, only one safe so security breached, no cleaning services and only one towel per person. No soap or towels in bathrooms. Exterior doors did not lock so worried for safely and security. No hot water in 2 bathrooms and kitchen which was a real issue. The only good thing was the pool! The agents communication and promises to bring items never materialised which was disappointing
