Hotel facilities in the room need improvement. Staff behavior is good. Redeeming factor is that food quality was good. They do not have parking facility for cars which is very discouraging.

Room and restroom were not very clean and comfortable.
It’s near to highway, so all night one will be disturbed by traffic noise. There was some noise coming from neighbours.
So all in all not a good experience.

Although the immigration/ permit procedure took very long and the check out time was 12 noon, we were not disturbed by the hotel staff to leave as late as up to 3pm.All this despite there being a considerable rush.

I will not saty there again
The property was ok, but the staff at the registration desk was rude, refused to help. At the time of my arrival they insisted that I had no reservations, did not try to help or offered any solutions. After a while they found/or got the reservation and I was given a room different than the one I had requested for.

Booked this hotel online for a night: This hotel was no where close to even a one stare hotel .
The Room was dirty , blankets were not washed and stinking . The bathroom was really dirty and felt as it was not cleaned from the previous customers.
Ordered a plate of cut fruits from the hotel for RS 150 and they only delivered a plate with a banana cut into pieces.
Would not recommend this hotel for anyone. There are much better and cheaper hotels.
