The staff service is really good, could say one of the best service hotel in vinwonder and nha trang. They really take care and support. The only weakness is the Wave Bar, need more attention, they don't clean the table when I come. Even when I leave the table also not clean (cause I stay there for a while wait for buggy so I know).

Loved everything except the beach was very dirty with lots of garbage. Likely not much the resort could do with it washing up but definitely could have cleaned it up more often. Long way to get a drink from beach with no waiters serving the beach area. Loved the room and the view and the food was good.

The transportation with the shuttle buses was terrible, at peak times we would wait 20 minutes to then not fit on a bus as other people would stampede each other to get on.
