"Poorly designed toilets. There was a nail sticking up from the floor near the bathroom which is dangerous. Food was mediocre at best. Hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful.."

"A great experience throughout. We stayed in the family room at this hotel during our entire time in Leh. The room consists of 2 bedrooms, and provides all the amenities that one could need. It's got bay windows with a good seating accomodation. The beds and bathroom are hygienic and maintained well. The hotel has a fantastic garden with beautiful flowers and landscaping which make it a joy to sit outdoors. It is also located conveniently within a 8 min walk to the main Leh Market. We had breakfast on all days of our stay. They had a wide spread and it all tasted delicious. Importantly, the staff are very responsive, helpful and always engaging you with a smile. Overall, a very pleasant experience which elevates the memory of a wonderful trip to Ladakh."

"The Highland Ladakh is a well appointed hotel located 1.95 km from the main market. The hotel is near the main Leh Post Office. The welcome drink of Kashmiri Tea was a delicious start to the stay. The staff seemed conscientious and helpful."

"We stayed at Hotel Trikaya during our Leh-Ladakh trip. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. Also, the mountain view from the balcony was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The hotel is a 2 km drive to the Leh market or a 1.5 km walk; we used taxi arranged by the hotel for drop-off and pickup for a very reasonable fee. We took bike and car rentals via the hotel, and it was a great experience. I would recommend Hotel Trikaya to friends and family. We look forward to staying here again in the future"

"Yes, this hotel Is very good from the point of view of spacious rooms, cleanses, service and food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was 2nd floor, they lifted the luggage without asking for it. No elevator in Leh 🙂."
