"Excellent location, easy walk to everywhere and super convenient for arriving and departing. Staff very nice, helpful, friendly and overall so nice. The rooms were modern, super clean, comfortable bed and pillow with air con that actually works and works well ✅.. I was able to have a great sleep here. The only thing is no jug or area to get hot water for early morning coffee and tea, otherwise an excellent stay and good value for money. Lovely breakfast with variety and the girls made a very good coffee."

The staff are absolutely lovely, special shout out to Max who directed us to a wonderful restaurant for a must have truffle pasta and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. The location of the hotel is also outstandingly central to all the must sees of Perugia."

"The shower was over flowing while showering and the pillows were very hard to sleep on. Being from a foreign country and have just arrived there was NO way to know a reservation was needed in the restaurant where absolutely no one was sitting and eating at. The restaurant personnel were not friendly or helpful and didn’t want to bother with us. Other than that it was a nice place to stay at.."

And the bellboys keep everything running smoothly — special shout out to Vasile, one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. The property is solid, but the team is what earns the fifth star.
