Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! "Lovely classic-style hotel. Friendly staff. Great cleaners. In the old town but at the edge. Superb view from Umbria - you could see for miles. Breakfast ok.
