"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. "The room was exceptionally clean and large there was a tub in the room along with a bidet in double sinks there was plenty of room to spread out in the room with a couch and a table. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions around Genoa. Department is very convenient access to the hotel in downtown Genoa by car or walking is very convenient. It's probably a 25 minute walk to the central core but only a 5-minute Drive . I highly recommend this hotel "
