"Wonderful location, staff, and amenities. The views are spectacular and the grounds are gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There were no communication issues and everyone was multilingual. We would certainly stay again. The food was excellent with significant portions. We also had options to dine by the water or above overlooking the water and the boats. The sunset at dinner was magnificent. I would suggest that the hotel give guests a way to express their appreciation via tips on the actual food and beverage bills. I tried to add that on to several bills only to later learn they could not do that. It made tipping the staff for their extraordinary service difficult as I don’t always have cash on hand while on vacation. "

The food was absolutely delicious—we looked forward to every meal. The bar service was excellent, and the bartender made sure we always had what we needed. Reception was just as impressive—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The entire staff truly made our experience unforgettable. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10 from us. We would absolutely return and recommend it. "

"Wonderful suite with huge balcony (lovely view, including some sea and Vesuvius) and two ample bathrooms, one with plunge bath, one with large walk-in shower. Excellent breakfast and dining both in the restaurant and in the rooftop bar. Moderately busy area with nearby trains and buses with short walk to town centre with shopping and dining a-plenty, but Sorrento is not blessed with easily-accessible, good public beaches (but don't miss the cheap lift down to the harbours). The Grande Marina should not be missed. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and the only problem we had were related to the power dropping out occasionaly."
