"Difficult to get ahold of the admin and unless I casually found the general admin of the building supervising the premises I wouldn’t have gotten ahold of the laundry door entry codes. Communication was poor. Too many info request to get the access code for day 1. Location is great. Places to eat, shop, visit and transportation incomparable "

"Fantastisk udsigt over søen fra lejlighed 12 (vores). Poolens vand var koldt. Poolen blev rengjort efter åbningstid, så man skulle svømme med renserobotten. Der var meget larm fra gaden og byen, så nattesøvnen blev forstyrret mange gange. På 14 dage blev der arbejdet 4 gange i haven, med larmende maskiner. Den ene dag i 5 timer non stop. "Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"My wife and I would like to thank all the staff for their outstanding services during our 5 days stay. We are not expecting a lot from this hotel, but I was amazed! The cleanliness of the room, bathroom, eating areas and the reception were absolutely spotless. There were also bits and pieces of essentials available by the counter in which we find very useful. The breakfast was more than enough to fill your day. The location was excellent! Just about 5 minutes walk from the train station of Como San Giovanni. And of course, we would like to commend the young lady from reception named Virginia who's very attentive and approachable for every things we need. This hotel is lucky to have Virginia on the front desk! So, calling all travellers who are planning to visit Como, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Go for it. The price is absolutely reasonable! By the way, kudos to the free bedroom slippers, we love it. Thank you Team Ɓ&B! Hope to see you again."
