The owner took us to the airport at no charge at 6:00 AM. The owner changed our room when aircon leaked. Huge effort was made on cleanliness & service. Rooms were large as were beds. The hotel was booked for airport convenience and it meets that. Rooms had external doors & wall which I didn’t like as the country has a poor safety reputation. There was a restaurant on site which was good as we mightn’t have had a meal otherwise as walking at night isn’t recommended & we were on a very short trip to see hummingbirds.

Nice quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Not a lot of parking on the property however for those driving. Room was clean. One thing I would like to see is shower gel rather than a bar of soap in the shower.

While they had transportation from the airport…my son picked me up and took me to the hotel so we could fiend some time together as we hadn’t seen each other in person for some months. Because of an injury to my leg, I have to use a cane and they expedited check in and helped me with my luggage to the room. There was an elevator which was great. Room was clean. D

The location and distance from the airport is good. The customer serviceis excellent. Wonderful friendly and professional staff. Extremely helpful. I did not like that there were no phones or means to communicate withe front desk in the room. My phone did not have service while I wss in the country and a phone or intercom for the front desk would be nice. and I could not control the temperature in the room. Very good rooftop dining. Small hotel no walking trails etc. Good overall

This is my second time staying and it wasn’t as good as the first. The new sheets were dirty and there were running ants. This interrupted my sleep as I had to clean it and the toilet seat wanted cleaning as well. However, the host was very welcoming and accommodated. I would still recommend this hotel because I think it is great location and service however, I highly suggest they pay special attention when cleaning.

Well coordinated shuttle to and from airport. Restaurant only serves Thai and Indian (Siuth Asian) dishes but nice restaurant. Nothing to do otherwise. No view. Busy road . Shirt walk to grocery. Good for one night stopover.

We arrived very late at night at Piarco International Airport and I had contacted the hotel before about transportation The arrangements that the hotel provided worked very well and we felt safe. At the hotel, a night staff member welcomed us and showed us to our room. The room was spacious and clean with all the basic amenities. Breakfast, next morning, had ample choices and we were served delicious local vegetarian dishes. The chef was friendly and ensured that we were satisfied with the service. This is a family owned hotel and we appreciated also meeting the owner and learning about the history of hotel and his personal journey. On the whole, very nice place, close to the airport, for an overnight stay.

Perfect hotel if you need somewhere close to the airport. I arrived late at night and was leaving early the next morning. Only 5 minutes to the airport. Very convenient location. Have stayed in this hotel many times and will continue to do so in the future.

My room was clean and comfortable, with a cosy, light duvet on the bed. It was lacking in ambience due to no artwork or anything on the walls. The people I interacted with were super helpful. The main attraction for me was the free and easy transportation to and from the airport in the wee hours of the morning. I highly recommend this hotel

Firstly this guesthouse is in the very bad neighborhood. Once you get inside, there is no going back outside. Secondly, the room is as small as a prison cell. Thirdly, it stinks really bad the moment you enter. I mean the host did not know to at least pretend and spray some air freshener or something before I came in? Fourthly, there was unfloushed urine in the toilet. Fifth, the hot water didn’t work. I was forced to take a cold shower and got sick and remained sick all through the rest of my vacation. I don’t care what the price of the other hotels are, I will never ever go back to this place even if it’s the last guesthouse in Trinidad.

Short and sweet
My overnight stay was short and sweet! Very friendly from the airport shuttle, check in to check out was smooth, swift and no stress. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and tasty Thai restaurant right upstairs. Perfect stay for anyone looking to stay close to the airport.

If one needs to stay over for one night to catch a flight early the next morning, this hotel is ideal interms of location and time to get to the airport. It is only 10 minutes drive.
