"Very welcoming and comfortable hotel, right in the midst of old town and the pedestrian zone. We enjoyed eating breakfast on our private terrace and the spacious rooms. We stayed before and after a grueling trek in the Dolomites and the hotel was a comforting place to return to."
"I stayed here with my wife and my daughter and chose this location because it would comfortably sleep three people without the need of an additional room. We enjoyed our stay very much and in fact extended it by another day because it was so nice.

"Overall great experience. Great hotel with great spa and an extraordinary restaurant. The area nonetheless currently is noisy, as there are several construction sites nearby. Some of the work continue during night times."
"Clean but very sterile and not that comfortable beds. Check in was a bit of an adventure since the reception is situated 50 meters up the street without clear info. "

"We had a marvelous stay at Hotel Figl. Since we were traveling by train, the short walk to the hotel was convenient. The staff is outstanding. We quickly settled in to our beautiful and extremely comfortable suite, then headed out to enjoy the gorgeous area thanks to the orientation provided by the staff. Their recommendations of things to do and restaurants fit our desires and interests. A perfect weekend! "
"This is a lovely place to stay as a base for exploring the Dolomites and Bolzano itself .
The breakfast was excellent as was our room .
The outside bar at night is lovely for a night cap .
Pool very small and busy so didn’t get to try it out but looked nice .

"Excellent hotel for the facilities - gym and especially pool ware both great. The breakfast options were also really good. Unfortunately outside the hotel it is quite noisy and busy. Parking on the road was cheap."
"Amazing stay!! Staff is kind, professional and accommodating! The property itself is stunning and very clean. Will only ever stay here when back in Bolzano!"
"Staff were super helpful on arrival. Breakfast was good. Hotel is in a great location opposite the station but within easy walking distance of the town square and the cable car. Good size room, although we had booked for our son too, who didn’t come in the end, so it was probably bigger than others. "
