"The balcony has an awesome view of the area which was the main reason I booked this place. I enjoyed the balcony a lot. The property management was very responsible and answered questions quickly while I was there. The garage is first come first serve but we were able to park with no problem. "Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

"La casa estaba correcta, pero no habia aire acondicionado y solo habia un ventilador que funcionaba mal. Solicitamos dos ventiladores y nos trajeron uno y no prendia. El wifi no funciono en ningun momento de nuestra estadia y no lo solucionaron. Buena y amplia cocina. Vstas muy bonitas dado que esta en la subida de un cerro. "We stayed one night at Villa Rêverie and it was an absolute delight. The bed was extremely comfortable, offering one of the best night’s sleep we’ve had while travelling. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful — truly the best service experience we’ve received. Breakfast was outstanding: a full buffet with plenty of variety, featuring the most delicious scrambled eggs and perfectly crisp bacon. The freshly squeezed orange juice and smooth cappuccino were the perfect start to our day. A wonderful stay from start to finish — highly recommended! "

"Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."

"Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena. Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from Airport) Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca. The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open. There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but they all close between 7-10pm. if you’re back late you will probably have to order a deliveroo. "

"Excellent location for airport bus link and onward train journeys from the station across the road. Beautiful city centre with plenty to see and do, eating spots and bars, we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful Bergamo is, an absolute hidden gem of a place. The only concern, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the scores of men hanging around the stations and surrounding areas. This is not unique to Bergamo but the ideal location is somewhat undermined by the safety concerns, particularly of an evening. That all said I would not think twice about returning to Bergamo. "

"Hotel Beretta is in an ideal location in Varenna. Easy access to the ferries and the train. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options. Some rooms have balconies that have beautiful lake views. There is a great restaurant on the ground floor as well. "
