"Hot hot hot. No air conditioning so unbearably hot at night. Rooms were large and clean. Loads of free parking. Close to the motorway so was easy access to the Red Bull Ring which was why we were staying. Nice burgers in the Weber restaurant next door. No staff at reception but very responsive over email."

"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. Just minor things like the shampoo and handwash bottles were practically empty, and the air-conditioner had clean filter warning. When i mentioned this to her she said all the rooms have that.
