"Standard room = way below basic Room was terrible, like stepping back iinto 1980. Bed gave us sore back, room was boiling hot but they did provide a fan which helped blow the warm air around the room. Shower cubicle tiny and did not have a shelf to hold my toiletries . Without a doubt this is the worst room I have ever stayed in and will not return."

"Where shall I start, well for beginners I end up on a room that is 3 floors down, floor -3 I have been around the World and stayed in dozens of Hotels from 2 stars to 4 stars but this is the first time I stayed in a Hotel that offers rooms without windows and ventilation 3 floors down from the Ground floor. The room was smelly and dirty, I give a rate of - 3 stars to this Hotel my experience was overall horrible and horrendous."

"Its such a beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms were so big and spacious with everything you need. The bar and breakfast/dining room restaurant really yum. Wonderful views, lovely gardens, free parking. Wild life on the lawns whilst having dinner. I loved it. The only drawback, it is not good water pressure for shower, but the bath was massive."

"The property was great we had a lovely big room comfy bed big screen to bathroom was really clean we looked out onto the courtyard which was really big and plenty of parking spaces. The staff were very friendly and efficient we had our evening meal there which was lovely not over priced too the drinks were also reasonable priced the breakfast was really good which was included in the price. Would definitely recommend this place it’s outside of Bridlington but only 15 mins by car it is a very quiet and peaceful place"
