We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies."

"Excellent service attitude from staff, centrally located. We stayed on the 31st and 1st, most of attractions were closed. Nice stay anyway. Only item I would ask on a very good breakfast is the coffee."
