"The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean. The bedding and mattress were comfortable. The hot tub was wonderfully relaxing. Overall, the Jasmine Court Motel is excellent!"

"Location was good. I never saw any staff so can't comment on that, kitchen facilities seemed good and communal areas were nice room was pretty basic but clean. Shared coed toilets and showers were pretty unpleasant, broken toilet seats etc. I've given a pretty low rating because i did not feel safe here as a solo female. It appears to be used as homeless accommodation and there are a few men staying there long term- there was a man sitting outside my room all the time. I was scared to leave my room to use the coed bathroom at night and actually ended up having nightmares about it. Don't recommend to solo female travellers it's a bit too scary. There is no one ever at reception."

"We were disappointed in this room. If you get an unrenovated room, it looks nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the shower grout and the housekeepers rag was hanging on our shower curtain rod when we got the room. These rooms really need to be renovated for the prices you pay!"

"Clean good rooms, comfortable. Communication beforehand was non-existent. Asked about parking on the premises for trailer and had no response. Get to the property and had to struggle as parking was a nightmare to get a trailer in and up the very tight driveway. "

"The view was just beautiful of the harbor. The room was clean and very comfortable. Nicely furnished, interesting artwork. It’s above a cafe, so convenient for morning coffee. Easy walk up from the ferry terminal and close to a lovely little park. Walking distance to shops and dining. Would certainly recommend and would book again. "
