"I have stayed at the Hilton Cartagena many times over the years, and this visit reminded me exactly why I continue coming back. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the bell staff and front desk team. As a returning Hilton Honors guest, they recognized my loyalty and surprised me with an upgrade to a beautiful Executive Suite, making my stay even more memorable. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Housekeeping kept my suite immaculate, James in the bar and lounge always provided outstanding service, and Elvis made every dining experience enjoyable. The entire Executive Lounge team, including the bartenders and breakfast staff, were professional, friendly, and attentive. Every employee I encountered made me feel genuinely valued. The pool attendants, bartenders, and staff throughout the resort were equally welcoming and courteous. It’s clear that outstanding customer service is part of the culture at Hilton Cartagena."
