Since i arrive the first day. The room was not able to habitat. The air conditioner wasnt working good. I have to ask to move me to another room. The faucet were broken a lamp wasnt working. The stuff wasnt comunicate nice. They dot have manners. I wont never stay at any intercontinetal anymore. ...

Very nice place and friendly staff! The hotel was very clean! I wished they offered more vegan or vegetarian choices! I had to travel very far to find restaurants that were vegan and vegetarian friendly! Other than the lack of food options, I would recommend this hotel and definitely go back!

Soy Local Centro Historico
Hotel smells musty and room was too. There was mold in the bathroom on the bottom of the wall and the a/c didn’t work and window did not open. We saw a large bug on the floor. Last at check in was nice and checking in was easy. We opted to stay elsewhere. Maybe it’s just us, but we decided this stay ...

Cartagena Beach Resort
The room and location is great! There a lot of restaurants and stores close by. The airport is a 7 min walk. The hostess was so nice she decorated our room for our birthdays. The only issue for me were the sheets had a lot of hair and the towels had stains
